Memberships

Trials

Trials are for 30 days (NOT 1 month). At the end of the 30 days you will automatically be billed for the normal membership price. You may cancel at any time and still have access to the membership benefits through the end of the trial period.

Cancellations / Refunds

You must cancel a trial within the first 30 days to avoid any further charges. You will be allowed to finish your trial period even if you cancel before the end of the trial. We understand that sometimes you may forget to cancel before charges are applied. For that reason, we will offer a 5 day grace period where we will refund your normal member price minus a $7 processing fee. After the grace period there will be no refunds for membership subscription fees. There are no refunds for the initial $7 trial fee.

We offer a 30 day evaluation period from the time of the purchase. At any time during this period if you are unhappy with the indicator(s), we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.

Workshops

Refunds

At any time during the 30 days after purchase (30 days after event for live workshops), if you feel the workshop provided no value to you, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
